3. Order Confirmation
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you to confirm your order before it is dispatched.
Please make sure that the phone number provided during checkout is accurate and reachable.
Orders that cannot be confirmed may not be dispatched.
4. Shipping Charges
Free UAE Delivery is available on eligible orders as displayed on our website or at checkout.
If any shipping charge applies to a particular order or location, the applicable charge will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Additional delivery charges may apply to certain remote areas where applicable.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within the UAE.
For COD orders, payment is collected by the delivery partner when your order is delivered.

If a courier is unable to deliver your order because:

- The phone number cannot be reached
- The order is refused

Pick UAE is not responsible for delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
